The craving for pizza is a demanding mistress.
And on this particular day, I succumbed. Gladly.
I made the dough early in the day...

Then I decided that this would be a No Sauce Version! I crumbled and cooked about 3/4 lb. of hot Teitel Brothers italian sausage, added some diced Kalamata olives... Spread this on the pizza... Topped with judicious amounts of fresh mozzarella and Parmigiano... And, after it was baked, a little drizzle of good EVOO.
