A great day in the test kitchen!
Resulting in some lovely treasures... and causing some recipe ruminations...
I had cubed sweet potatoes.
And one of my treasures was a trove of chorizo.
So, naturally, something Spanish and vaguely hash-y seemed in the stars!
I cubed the chorizo and sautéed it.
Then I sautéed the sweet potatoes.
Then I sautéed a chopped onion.
And then I combined them all with a sprinkling of smoked paprika and a bit of sour cream.
Heaven.
