Home Again (Scrambled Eggs with Tarragon and Cheddar, and a Homemade Biscuit)

At 4:45 this morning, a VERY bleary-eyed This Old Chef stepped off the "red-eye" (and a truer phrase was ne'er spoken!) from LA.  The parties were a big success...

Crises were encountered and avoided... turkeys and hams roasted... pies and biscuits and cookies baked... asparagus grilled... major gifts lost and found... guests happily overstuffed.  All in all, a very busy few days.  And L.A. was beautiful... at least to this Yankee's eyes:  cool, grey, foggy, and green.

So get ready, though the order might be a little screwy... there will be lots of posts we planned to put on the site, before we realized just how busy the time in L.A. would be!

And now, in the realm of Greatest Christmas Presents of All Time...

This Old Chef  has reached (and passed) 300,000 hits!!!

Thanks to you all... and I'll keep cooking for you just as fast as I can...

But now, breakfast!
