And I was pretty hungry tonight... So I thought it was time to bring out the EVOO, and the sausage, and the Parmesan from Teitel Bros.
It's a pasta night!
The kitchen here in Cleveland is OK, but the stove is electric... I know that's not the worst thing to endure, though it does make me less inclined to cook involved meals...
But after a long day fox-trotting with actors A LOT younger than I... Pasta seemed in order. But I went down a very simple route: sautéed some sausage, added a lot of garlic, and some dried sage (from our garden last summer)…
To this, I added almost cooked pasta and some of the pasta water, topped it with EVOO and Parm…
M’m! M’m! Good!
Oh.... PS... lots and lots of fresh cracked black pepper!
