It's February 14th...
And I realize that it's THE chocolate day...
But since we have always bucked trends...
Tonight, I made a prosciutto pizza... and, believe it or not... we found some live, happy sage under the snow in the herb bed!
So...
Tons of garlic, a goodly amount of sage, and a plethora of prosciutto...
(Is that like an exaltation of larks???)
... plus a judicious amount of mozzarella and Parmesan...
DAMN... This is one good pizza!!!
